The party makes it over the wall and applies as much healing as it can to the injured now free slaves and begins trying to herd the 50 or so people back to the gnomes.
They first encounter a Dark dwarf patrol but quickly subdue them and their Mind Flayer leader before the group can be hurt.
The party then has to deal with a purple worm and works to lure it away from their charges before dispatching it.
