The team ventures into the grell caves and manages to deal with them rather well , even with the grell being armed with mighty lightning lances. The party quickly learns that grell are immunize to electricity when they try to turn a lance back on the grell.

The team ventures on fairly easily until they encounter a larger one that sits upon a pillar that gives it an anti magic shield, a grell Philosopher.

The magic users, Omedon and Gydian, deal with the regular grell while the others, Especial Katgra and Cera, deal with the large Grell Philosopher .
